Fatai Rufai MNCS, MCPN
Fatai is the Managing Director of PEERS Consulting Limited. Prior to this position, he was the Director in charge of Practice Development (Head of Research & Development Team of the firm) and later in charge of Finance.
Fatai was a Principal Consultant at Delloite &Touche (DTC) Consulting, West Africa, before forming Peers Consulting Limited with some professional colleagues from DTC in 1996.
He is a key member of our Information Technology (IT) Services Unit. He received a First Class Degree in Computer Science combined with Economics from the University of Ife (now ObafemiAwolowo University) in Nigeria in 1987 and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from University of Lagos in 1999. He has over thirty years of experience in Information Technology and Management Consulting.
Fatai has performed several systems related functions including Systems Analysis, Systems Development, Systems Implementation, Operations Review, Information Systems Assessments/Systems Audit and Project Management.
Fatai is also a Human Resources and Payroll expert. He was the team leader of software developers that developed MAMBILLA Human Resources and Payroll System, a web-based application. He was part of the team that implemented Medical Software for Lafarge Cement WAPCO Nigeria Plcin Nigeria.
Fatai led the implementation of other major projects at Ashanti Goldfields Company and Volta Aluminum Company in Ghana.

Fatai started his IT career with Technology & Systems, a division of SCOA Nigeria, as a Programmer in 1988. He later joined Data Processing & Maintenance Services (DPMS) Limited, the IBM authorized dealer in Nigeria, as a System Analyst in 1990. He is a member of the Nigeria Computer Society (NCS) and Computer Professionals Registration Council of Nigeria (CPN).
Adedayo Sonubi
Dayo is a Director at Peers Consulting Limited and he oversees the Marketing department of the Company. Prior to forming Peers with other professionals, Dayo was a Principal Consultant at Deloitte &Touche Consulting (West Africa).
Dayo holds a degree in Electronic Engineering (Microprocessor Systems Design) and a master degree in Industrial Purchasing Management. Dayo has considerable experience in Marketing, Information Systems Assessment/Systems Audit, Strategic Information and System Planning, Application Software Evaluation/Selection Processes, Business Process Re-engineering, Project Management/Facilitation, Microsoft Office Products and Training.
Dayo was actively involved in major projects across the West Africa Sub-Region and such notable projects include;
• Facilitation of the development and implementation of Clinic Management Software for WAPCO and roll-out to Shagamu and Ewekoro Clinics.
• Business Area Analyses and Medical Information Management System selection projects at Chevron, Nigeria.
• Fleet Management System selection and implementation also at Chevron, Nigeria
• EDP Audit at the African Development Bank, Ivory Coast and Central Bank of Nigeria
• Information Systems Assessment at Texaco Cameroon
• Facilitation of Medical Information Management System Implementation at Chevron Nigeria Limited, followed by roll-out to four other clinics in Nigeria, namely Lekki, Warri, Escravos and Port-Harcourt.
• Business Process Re-engineering at Ghana Telecom (Accra and Kumasi).
• Executive Information System Development for the Ashanti Goldfields Company in Obuasi, Ghana
• Information Management Systems/Hardware Selection project at Cakassa (Nigeria) Company Limited
• Web-based Human Resources & Payroll system implementation at NLPC PFA PLC and Guardian Newspapers Limited
Dayo worked with Technology & Systems (a division of SCOA NigeriaPlc) as a Sales Engineer from 1988 to 1989 before joining Data Processing Maintenance & Services (DPMS) Limited, the IBM dealer in Nigeria, as Marketing Executive/Programs Coordinator from 1990 to 1993. He is fluent in both English and French.
Abiodun Busari
Biodun is a Director at Peers. Biodun holds a first class degree in Physics from University of Ilorin in 1985. He also obtained a postgraduate diploma and master degree in Computer Science at the University of Lagos. Before forming Peers Consulting with other professional colleagues, Biodun was a Senior Consultant at Deloitte &Touche Consulting (DTC), West Africa.
Biodun is a key member of our Information Technology (IT) services team. He has over thirty years of consulting experience.
Biodun was involved in several system-related projects including System Design & Development, Accounting Systems Implementation, EDP Audit and Project Management. His major projects include

• Design, Development and Implementation of Software to manage activities of Co-operative and Thrift Society

• Implementation of Software Plus (Human Resources/Payroll System) at Intercontinental Bank (formerly NIMB), First City Monument Bank (FCMB), Volta Aluminum Company (VALCO) Ghana Limited and Tema Oil Refinery in Ghana.
• Facilitation and Implementation of SBT Accounting System at all Texaco Nigeria Plc Area Offices in Nigeria.
He is a member of the Nigeria Computer Society (NCS) and Computer Professionals Registration Council of Nigeria (CPN).
Abimbola Nwokolo
Bimbola is a Director at Peers Consulting Limited. She is in charge of Administration. Bimbola is a graduate of Computer Science from University of Lagos, Nigeria, 1991, and has over twenty six years Information Systems experience. She was a Business Analyst with Deloitte&Touche Consulting(DTC) West Africa before forming Peers with other professionals.
She has considerable experience in Business Area Analysis, IT Vendor/Software Selection, Project Management/Facilitation, Systems Implementation, Marketing, Microsoft Office Products, Training, Application Software Evaluation/Selection Processes, Systems Analysis and Systems Development.
Bimbola has been a member of implementation project teams for key clients in Nigeria. She has successfully managed system implementation projects for numerous clients. Some of her clients include:
