FlexMM's Member Management facility provides you with fast, efficient and centralised access to one of your most important assets - information

Information Management

• FlexMM provides simple access to your member information using the centralised Edit Member dialog. All member information can be access from this dialog. Information is grouped, providing fast access to the information you are looking for.

• The following details are available for each member: personal, marketing, banking, loyalty points, emergency contacts, membership, suspensions, cancellations, alerts, photo id, visit history, financial history, direct debit, notes, journal, fitness tests, workout programs and visit profile.

• FlexMM's user interface allows multiple windows to be open at once, therefore, you may edit different members simultaneously, whilst performing other operations such as check-in or running a report.

Manage Memberships

• Every aspect of memberships can be maintained using the Edit Member dialog.

• Multiple suspension or freeze periods are supported. Even future suspensions can be recorded that automatically activate. For example, a member notifies you of a two week suspension in three months time due to hospitalisation, FlexMM allows you to record the suspension immediately and in three months time the membership will automatically become suspended for the two week period.

• Memberships periods, minimum term dates and next payment dates can automatically be adjusted to take suspensions into consideration.

• Memberships can be cancelled from the Edit Member dialog. The member is then denied access to your facility.

• Alert messages can be defined for each member that are displayed the next time a member checks-in. A range of different alert types are available depending on the importance of the alert message.

• Banking details and direct debit management is maintained for each member through the Edit Member dialog.

Membership Types

• Membership type is a fundamental concept related to member management. A membership type categorises or groups members leading to easier management of large amounts of information.

• Any number of membership types can be defined through the Product Definition dialog. Membership types can be further categorised into paid in full memberships, periodic payment memberships, limited visit memberships (e.g. 10 visit pass) and memberships paid through instalments.
