Kole Jagun, MNIM, MCOAN, MCPN

Kole Jagun is the Managing Director of Peers Consulting Limited (Peers). Kole is a graduate of Physics from University of Ife, and has a Master in Business Administration (MBA) degree in Financial Management from Lagos State University. Kole has over seventeen years Information Systems experience. He was an Associate Director with Deloitte & Touche Consulting (DTC) West Africa before forming Peers with other professionals.

Kole has successfully managed system implementation projects for numerous clients. Some of his clients include Oando Plc, Texaco Nigeria Plc, Elf Oil Nigeria limited, Intercontinental Bank Limited and African Alliance Insurance Plc. Kole has also been a member of implementation project team for key clients in Ghana, Cameroon and Egypt. He worked in various capacities as a System Analyst and Analyst/Programmer with DPMS Limited and Technology & Systems, a division of SCOA. Kole is a member of Nigerian Institute of Management, member of Institute of Management Consultants, New York, USA, member Nigeria Computer Society and member Computer Professionals (Registration Council of Nigeria)

Olatunji Akinwande

Tunji Akinwande is a Director at Peers Consulting. Prior to forming Peers with other professionals from DTC, Tunji was a Principal Consultant at DTC. He is a key member of our Information Technology (IT) Services Unit. Tunji has performed several systems related projects including Systems Development, Systems Implementation and Project Management on mid-range computers systems.

His major clients include Mobil Producing Ultd., Chevron Nigeria Limited, Texaco Nigeria Plc, Texaco Cameroun, Intercontinental Bank Limited (formerly NIMB), First City Monument Bank (FCMB), Ashanti Goldfields Company (AGC) Ghana Limited, Nestle Foods Nigeria Plc., Shell Ghana, Tema Oil Refinery (Ghana) and Ghana Posts & Telecommunications. Currently, Tunji provides J.D. Edwards support for Mobil Producing Unlimited (MPN) and Mobil Equatorial Guinea Inc. (MEGI). He was a System Analyst with Data Processing & Maintenance Service (DPMS) Limited, the IBM authorized dealer in Nigeria. Tunji holds a B.Sc. degree in Computer Science from University of Ibadan and a Master in Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing from University of Lagos. He attended several accounting, management, and consulting training courses locally and abroad. He is a member of the Nigeria Computer Society, Computer Professionals of Nigeria (CPN) and Nigeria Institute of Management (NIM).

Adedayo Sonubi

Dayo is an Associate Director at Peers Consulting Limited. Prior to forming Peers with other professionals, Dayo was a Principal Consultant at Deloitte & Touche Consulting (West Africa). Dayo has considerable experience in Marketing, Information Systems Assessment/Systems Audit, Application Software Evaluation/Selection Processes, Business Process Re-engineering, Project Management/Facilitation, Microsoft Office Products Training and Programming.

Dayo was actively involved in major projects across the West Africa Sub-Region and such projects include; Business Area Analyses and Medical Information Management System selection projects at ChevronTexaco Nigeria, Fleet Management System selection and implementation also at ChevronTexaco Nigeria, EDP Audit at the African Development Bank and Central Bank of Nigeria and Information Systems Assessment at Texaco Cameroon. Other projects worked on include Medical Information Management System Implementation Facilitation at ChevronTexaco Nigeria, Business Process Re-engineering at Ghana Telecom, Executive Information System development for the Ashanti Goldfields Company in Ghana, and Information Management Systems/Hardware Selection project at Cakassa (Nigeria) Company Limited. Dayo holds a degree in Electronic Engineering (Microprocessor Systems Design) and a Masters degree in Industrial Purchasing Management. He worked with Data Processing Maintenance & Services (DPMS) Limited, the IBM dealer in Nigeria, as Marketing Executive/Programs Coordinator for three years. He also worked with Technology & Systems (SCOA Nigeria) as a Sales Engineer. He is fluent in both English and French.

Fatai Rufai

Fatai is an Associate Director at Peers Consulting Limited (Peers). He is in charge of Practice Development. He is also the Head of Research & Development. Fatai was a Principal Consultant at Delloite & Touche (DTC) Consulting, West Africa, before floating Peers Consulting Limited with other professionals from DTC in 1996. He is a key member of our Information Technology (IT) Services Unit. He received a first class degree in Computer Science combined with Economics from the University of Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University) in Nigeria in 1987 and a Master in Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing from University of Lagos in 1999. He has over seventeen years of experience in Consulting.

Fatai has performed several systems related functions including Systems Analysis, Systems Development, Systems Implementation and Project Management. Fatai is also a Payroll and Human Resources expert. He was the team leader of software developers that developed Mambilla Human Resources and Payroll System, a web-based application. His major clients include Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria, Afribank Trustees and Investments Limited, Ibile Holdings (Lagos State Investment Company), Texaco Nigeria Plc, Intercontinental Bank Plc., First City Monument Bank, Ashanti Goldfields Company (AGC) Ghana Limited, Nestle Foods Nigeria Plc., Nestle Ghana, Ghana Posts & Telecommunication and Volta Aluminum Company (VALCO) Ghana Limited. He was a key member of the team that implemented Mambilla Human Resources and Payroll Systems at the State House (Presidency), Abuja. He stared his IT career with Technology & Systems, a division of SCOA Nigeria Plc. as a Programmer in 1988. He later joined Data Processing & Maintenance Service (DPMS) Limited, the IBM authorized dealer in Nigeria, as a System Analyst in 1990. He is a member of the Nigeria Computer Society (NCS) and Computer Professional of Nigeria (CPN).

Abiodun Busari

Biodun is an Associate Director at Peers. Biodun holds a first class degree in Physics from University of Ilorin. He also obtained a postgraduate diploma and master degree in Computer Science at the University of Lagos. Before forming Peers with other professionals from DTC, Biodun was a Consultant at DTC. Biodun is a key member of our Information Technology (IT) services.

He has over ten years of consulting experience. Biodun was involved in several system-related projects including System Design & Development, Accounting Systems Implementation, EDP Auditing and Project Management. His major projects include EDP Audit at the Central Bank of Nigeria, Software Plus (Human Resources/Payroll System) implementation at Intercontinental Bank (formerly NIMB), First City Merchant Bank (FCMB) and Volta Aluminum Company (VALCO) Ghana Limited. Among other projects, Biodun successfully managed the SBT accounting system implementation at all Texaco Nigeria Plc Area Offices. He has also worked for a number of software houses in Nigeria.
