Standard Reports
The following are some of the reports available on AUTOCOOP application amongst others:
• Member List – This list shows members’ names, membership number, current mmembership status, date of admission to the society, sex, etc.
• Deduction Schedule – The schedule reports the expected amount(s) to be paid by mthe members in a specific period. The amounts for contributions, loans, interest on mloans and deductions for purchases are calculated and reported for each member.
• Contribution Register – Contribution register reports the total contributions, YTD mand PTD contributions for each member.
• Loans Register – this is a management report that shows the loan status for each mmember. It reports the loan type, principal, repayment to date and outstanding mbalance.
• Member Passbook – This is an electronic passbook that shows periodic contributions, mloans repayment, interest and purchases for each member.
• Bank Reconciliation – This report shows the society’s bank transactions. It reports mcheque number, cheque date, brief description of transaction, clearance status and mamount involved. It assists in reconciling the details on bank statements.
